As long as you make an identity for yourself out of pain, you cannot be free of it.
Erckhart Tolle
It’s funny how life seems to go really smoothly for some people, but not others. To those people, school or work, relationships and friendships seem to make sense and good things seem to come easily. Some people just seem to know what they want to do next, but for others this feels really tough and it’s easy to start feeling left behind.
I CAN HELP YOU REALISE THAT YOU ARE ALREADY OKAY. EVEN IF YOU DON’T FEEL IT, YOU ARE.
Schools programmes
Helping pupils to gain a deeper sense of their own resilience and wellbeing so that they can support others to connect with theirs.

Working with groups of 12 per Peer Mentoring programme, catering for a mix of year groups, with each programme being designed for at least 12 hours of training, including one-to-one sessions before and after the programme. This training targets the individual needs of the school to support peer mentoring, such as challenges within school and at home, the ability to revise, listening skills and the difference between a ‘fixer’ and a ‘guide’.
I host one-hour workshops for a class-sized group focusing on Realising Resilience, with the focus on exploring our clearer mind with less overthinking. We take time to consider how much power and energy we place picking through our busy heads … and what life might look like if we didn’t do that.
Programmes offer:
Peer Mentoring
> A 30-minute one-to-one session per pupil pre programme
> 12 - 15 hour work-place style interactive training
> Common themes
