Helping pupils to gain a deeper sense of their own resilience and wellbeing so that they can support others to connect with theirs.
By offering wellbeing programmes which point pupils to their innate and intuitive mental health, schools can build a sustainable peer support network; pupils encouraging, inspiring and guiding new pupils as they come through the system.
Working with groups of approximately 12 per programme, catering for a mix of year groups, with each programme being designed for at least 12 hours of training, plus one-to-one sessions before and after the programme.
This training targets the needs of the school including areas such as peer mentoring, challenges within school and home, the ability to revise.
