One-to-one coaching

This is perfect for anyone who would like time to be heard, explore how our minds work and drop into a space of clear thiinking.

Meeting face to face, by phone or online (FaceTime, Zoom or Skype) on a weekly or fortnightly basis, or as required. 

 

This regular time together provides an opportunity to explore our experience of life without self-judgement and see who we truly are; as this happens, we insightfully quieten our minds and hear more.

One-to-one coaching sessions lasting up to 80 minutes, with clients signing up for a package of one, three or six months.

 

An initial conversation will help the client to establish how they would like to proceed and design a package to suit their requirements. A coaching briefing sheet is provided to ensure a full understanding of the coaching process, along with phone and email support lasting the duration of the package.
