Would you like to get out of your head and feel comfortable in your own skin?
Would you like to be free of stress, anxiety, mood instability, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, low confidence?
Alongside my private coaching sessions with parents and with younger people, I also support schools and organisations with individuals and group work. I provide time to Young Devon, a local charity, supporting people aged 9 – 24 years old who have been victims of a crime, with all the emotions that show up as a result. My experience includes being the Pastoral Lead for three further education colleges. I have led teams of senior tutors, safeguarding leads and progress teams to ensure that high quality support was offered. I am also linked to the University of Exeter College of Medicine & Health supporting students studying post- and undergraduate programmes.
I share an understanding in my coaching, guiding my clients to a space of seeing who they really are. The principles behind this understanding are a description of the human experience; not a prescription of strategies and tools to ‘fix’ them. When we can step back and see our world differently, we open to who we truly are; we can see for ourselves the confusion, assumptions and emotions that feel like a trap. This points us in a direction that sets us free from expectation, judgements and worries that we are not enough. We can utilise our unknown and untapped potential.
I have worked with young people and their parents throughout my career; from being an evening youth worker in my early 20s, through to 12 years as a Sports and Youth Development Officer and then 15 years in further education, supporting thousands of young people (and their parents) to pick their way through difficult life decisions and challenges.
HOW WOULD IT BE IF YOU REALISED THAT YOU ARE ALREADY OKAY - EVEN IF YOU DON’T FEEL IT, TO KNOW YOU ARE?
