Would you like to get out of your head and feel comfortable in your own skin?

Would you like to be free of stress, anxiety, mood instability, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, low confidence?

As well as my private coaching clients, I also support schools and organisations with individuals or group work. Plus I offer support to Young Devon, a local charity, working with people aged 10 – 24 years old. My experience includes being the Pastoral Lead for three further education colleges. I have led teams of senior tutors, safeguarding leads and progress teams to ensure high quality support offered. I also work part time at the University Of Exeter Medical School supporting students studying postgraduate programmes.

I share the Inside Out understanding in my coaching, guiding you to an understanding of who you really are. The Inside Out understanding is a description of the human experience; not a prescription of strategies and tools to ‘fix’ you. When we take this understanding on board, we open up to who we really are; we can see for ourselves the confusion, assumptions and emotions that can feel like a trap. This understanding points us in a direction that sets us free from expectation, judgements and worries that we are not enough. We can tap into our unlimited, unknown and untapped potential.

My experience is not only linked to young people; I have worked with many adults throughout my career. Coaches are for every age group.

Marie Arymar

I have worked mainly with young people all my life; from being an evening youth worker in my early 20s, through to a career in Sports and Youth Development and then 15 years in Further Education, supporting many young people to pick their way through difficult life decisions and challenges.
