When we are able to recognise that we are thinking our way into a black hole, we can experience a sense of calm; a moment of clarity where we can see our true self, with the ability to safely navigate through the next steps in our lives.

We don’t question that there is something wrong when the leaves tumble from the trees or the nights draw in, or the moon starts to wane. We innately ‘know’ that spring follows winter, the rain always eventually clears, and the sun is ever-present behind the clouds.
Our wellbeing is like this. It seeps through and underpins the psychological system. Wellbeing is the constant ‘knowing’ that despite the weather of emotions and thoughts we are, at our core, deeply OK.

The schools programme is able to be tailored to suit any young people focused organisation.
These coaching programmes are a mix of one-day intensives, plus online coaching sessions. A programme lasts for three months or six months and is designed specifically to meet your needs. Longer coaching programmes are a wonderful opportunity for individuals or, for example, mothers and daughters to explore their current relationships, feelings, health and wellbeing.
Workshops are offered to any groups who wish to include time to explore clarity within their group. The sessions are very relaxed, informal and interactive within the group, provoking thought and encouraging discussion.
